Virtually every major sports team and every superior athlete has an instructor, coach or trainer. Jack Nicklaus had Jack Grout as his mentor at a young age and Tiger Woods has a close association with Butch Harmon. The JEFF THOMSEN SIGNATURE GOLF ACADEMY is designed to provide expert guidance and information for complete game improvement. (2) The second best way to improve is by observation of successful players. With our guidance we show you, the student, what the expert players are doing and what particular objectives accomplished players are striving for. (3) The third method and the least likely to provide any results is trial and error (which is really trial and failure over time). All that is done actually is burn up valuable time!

The JEFF THOMSEN SIGNATURE GOLF ACADEMY provides you with 27 years of Tournament playing experience. This includes over 100 events on the PGA Tour/Nike Tour and 4 Major Golf Championships. Jeff has played on the Australian and New Zealand Tour, European Tour, Asian Tour, Canadian Tour and hundreds of multi day events in the United States. Our mission is comprehensive game improvement. It's your golf game...we make it better! Instruction is based on two concepts. (1) Each golfer must adhere to sound and proven fundamentals in order to play their best. (2) We direct the student in approaching the game and caring about the game in the same way very good players do. We teach the student the thought patterns, course management and concerns of a high level player. This enables the student a much better chance of excelling.

Lessons are available on 1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions. Individual and group instruction are available. A playing lesson can be of great benefit as well - shot value and golf course management are taught. We encourage each student to take a longer view of the game and a comprehensive approach to continued game improvement.
